Dr. Amol Ashok Pawar is a Consultant Cardio-Diabetes Physician based in Mumbai. He has a special interest in the areas of diabetology, cardiology, and metabolic disorders.
Having begun practicing professionally over a decade ago in 2004, Dr. Pawar is well-versed with all aspects of general medicine. In addition to the treatment of common medical disorders, he is adept at dealing with pulmonary cases, asthma, COPD, thyroid disorders, TB and other infectious diseases.
Dr. Amol Pawar completed his MBBS and MD (General Medicine) from Seth GS Medical College & KEM Hospital in Mumbai. Post-MD, he held the position of Lecturer in Medicine at the DY Patil Medical College, where he taught undergraduate medical students and attended to indoor and outdoor patients. He was also a Medical Underwriter for Kotak Life Insurance. In addition, he was a Medical Consultant to Dr. Batra’s Super Speciality Homeopathy clinics, where he trained homeopathy doctors while solving queries and providing guidance in investigations and management. He has delivered presentations and trained homeopathy doctors all over India. Besides, he has also trained many medical representatives, launched products, delivered lectures, and conducted meetings for doctors across India. Dr. Pawar is a respected member of several medical associations and is conversant in English, Marathi, Hindi, and Gujarati.
